–    Insert/flyer in conference bags  (1 500 €). Conditions and Insert/Flyer specificities: Maximum one document either one page or two pages to be delivered free from all charges to WTC Barcelona.
–    Full page advertisement in the conference programme front or back inner cover (1 500 €) RESERVED

Sponsor Benefits:

• • – Prime sponsors will have their logos displayed during all session breaks and sponsorship will be announced. If possible, their logos will be displayed, during    the event they sponsored, in addition to the benefits enjoyed by regular sponsors below.
  • – Each sponsor will have its logo and link displayed on the conference website. The website will remain online for at least one year after the conference.
  • – Each sponsor will have its logo printed in the conference programme.
  • – Each sponsor will be acknowledged in the Conference Welcome presentation.
  • – Each sponsor will receive the conference programme and the online link of the summaries free of charge.
  • – Coffee break sponsors will have their logos displayed prominently in the coffee break area.
  • – Sponsors contributing over 2 500€ will receive a free stand at the exhibition.
  • – A logo in jpeg and eps format is needed with a short description of your company.
