Invitation letter for visa purposes

The invitation letter will only be sent to contributors who have submitted a contribution. Contributors requesting an invitation letter are requested to:
– Register to Ultrafast Phenomena-2024
– Pre-fill the Invitation_Letter and return it to the European Physical Society to be duly signed and returned to the recipients. When returning the invitation, indicate Ultrafast Phenomena-2024 invitation letter and the reference of your paper in the subject of your email.

Only email invitations will be sent. Upon a special request, an express air mail at extra cost can be done. This service will be invoiced 90,-€ to be paid in advance.
